We'll send you a purchase link for the $10 difference and upon receipt of a cleared payment will email you the complete 2nd Edition, including updated contract documents, etc. - this offer is available through the end of March 2012 only.

Purchases made prior to Jan 1, 2012 may purchase the 2nd Edition at a 50% discount ($19.50) - this offer is available through the end of March 2012 only.

From April 2012 forward, previous purchasers of the eBook looking to upgrade to the 2nd Edition may purchase the new eBook at a 25% discount.
