I wanted to start my own gift basket business, but it turns out that it is not really feasible for me. As a result I know a lot about the industry and would love to stay connected to it. So it occurred to me that I may be able to offer services to help gift basket business owners. Below I have listed services I have come up with so far. Can anyone suggest other services that may be helpful.

Maybe I have narrowed the field (gift basket businesses) to much.
I am not sure.

You could consider setting up a CRM for them to track customer information and then do promotional email blasts announcing sales and promotions.

I think it is a great idea! What if you expand your niche to be Crafters and not just gift baskets?

I also would look into social media marketing for clients such as facebook/twitter and such.

And...for those who are avid DIY'ers you could offer some webinars or ebooks! Just a thought.
