Ok Ladies,

So heres the deal, I love anything Adminstrative but, I also love to organize clients offices, get them set up to operate smoothly however, I love Customer Service and considered offering an answering service....I know that several of you dont like being tied to the phone and I respect that but, I also know that there is a dire need for this particular service. So, I guess my question is"what would be my niche" I mean how can I be virtual if I want to offer organizational services? Also, am I correct in saying" that there is an need for an answering service? I hope Im making sense here, I feel like Im all over the place and I really need to have my niche down before next week is out, due to me having my website completed and attending some networking events.
Im open to all input, Im a newbie and I dont really have a support system or anyone to bounce ideas off of other than this forum.
