Question charging for learning how to use a program
Hello,
I'm new here and never ever have even replied or posted on a blog of any kind so here goes. If I'm asked to say post an e-book online and I have never done that kind of work, should I charge for the time it takes me to learn about e book publishing just to get the job done?
