I have worked on the hotel industry for ten years. I am going to be honest and tell you the era of the travel agent is coming to an end with the advent of the internet. Most of the time, its easier, cheaper and more informative to research it yourself.

That being said, once I open my va business I will be focusing on hotels, restaurants, and bars but also add transcription as a service for anyone that wants it. But due to my extensive experience in hospitality, I know what and where assistance is needed. Its alot more complicated than most people realize.
