Re: Virtual Assistant Business Plan Template
Ladies,
I attended a small business conference in February and one of our speakers gave the following outline for your business plan if your are not seeking funding.
Address the following in bullet points:
Vision Describe what it is you are selling/offering, etc. (your core product). Think about and speak about how much money you want to be making. How will you get to that goal?
Mission - Why are you offering the services you are offering? How will it help them (what are the benefits)? Why are you the right person to help them? Who is your target market?
Objectives – Measure how many clients or services it will take to make the money you would like to make, reach your goals.
Strategies – How are you going to provide your services in order to attain your goals? How are you going to keep yourself going? Ex. Working out every day can give you a lot of energy, pick the thing that will sustain you, keep your energy up and keep you moving.
Action Plan – Taking action - The work needed to get and maintain the client?
Discipline yourself to get it on a page. As things changes go back and update.
Hope this helps.
