Default free printable Goal Setting form
I joined the VAF several months ago, but have so far been inactive. One of my new years resolutions is to become more active on networking sites, and also to do a better job of setting goals both personally and professionally.

I came across this site which offers a free dowloadable goal setting form which I thought I'd share here as it looks as though it could be quite useful.
