Does anyone use fiverr or would recommend using fiverr for any of your business needs?

I have used fiverr for some graphics things. You need to be careful because while some things actually cost $5 many are often basics with upcharges attached.

I notice that they is a lot of upcharge but they still seem like a reasonably price for what you are getting.

I havent used fiverr but am looking into it. While I do that I will also check these sites out as well. I thought I would share this link. These sites are similar to Fiverr and allow you to earn more:

If you ever employ someone to do something for you on those sites make sure that they don't use any copyrighted materials in your end product. It will be you that suffers the consequences if it gets found out.

I've been thinking about offering basic design services - like business card, social media setup, or something like that. But have yet to do it. :-) Just trying to figure out what services I can offer at $5 that will not take me but 5-10 minutes to do and is worth the time. LOL Have you offered your services or are you thinking of doing it?

I recently started my VA business and opened a seller's account on Fiverr, just to see what would happen. Low and behold I have had 8 jobs in the last 9 days through it. What I do is offer 30 mins of work for $5. After Fiverr takes their 20% and Paypal takes their $.08, it leaves me with $3.92 for every 30 min gig I get. It is not a lot of money, however, it is better than nothing and the jobs I have had have been pretty simple.
