Why I Learned Infusionsoft

…Seriously? Because one of my clients said to me, “I just purchased Infusionsoft and I’m going to need you to learn it.” It was a new skill to add to my list of services, so I dove in with two feet. I didn’t charge my client time as I taught myself, and anytime I ran into a problem and needed to call Infusionsoft for help, the clock was off.
But I struggled. There wasn’t a ‘go-to’ person or any ‘one-on-one’ training that I could find at that time. I learned the hard way… by working in it! I called Infusionsoft’s 866 #, used their chat room feature, and even hired on another VA to help me. There were issues with this learning process because:
It was back to the good ole ‘try this and see if it works’ method.
Back in May when I attended Infusionsoft University, Clate Mask CEO and Co-founder, spoke to us and admitted that they were severely lacking in their customer service area. He told us at that time that they had taken a look at all the feedback and realized they needed to up their game in this area.
It wasn’t long after Clate spoke to us at their University, that I contacted Infusionsoft’s Chat Room again for help and received accurate answers to my questions! Their customer service, in my opinion, has done a 180 since 2012.
Free Training
Infusionsoft has many videos on learning their software. They have recently added a “Getting Started” Webinar series (for new purchasers of the software), and anyone has access to this training. Even with Infusionsoft’s new webinar series of getting started, their Mastermind Webinars and more, it is not easy to learn this software. The reason? There is a lot to learn and it takes time and practice.
Live Webinar Series
So why would I start a live webinar training on Infusionsoft with all the free training available? The same reason someone offers Wordpress training at a cost. Even though there are tons of YouTube videos on how to build a Wordpress website, people will register for a live webinar series because the instructor is right there to answer your questions, the training is user friendly, and its live!
I’m happy to pass along my knowledge and experience with Infusionsoft to support emerging Virtual Assistants to achieve success and sustainability in their careers. I love working in Infusionsoft and my passion for it has helped me double my income. I’ve added new clients and now I’m training Virtual Assistants in this incredible software.
I'm sharing with you some of the things that I have come to realize about myself while working with it, because maybe you’re like me, and might decide you too would like to add this to your services.

- The VA I hired had learned Infusionsoft’s older version and she couldn’t help me with the questions I had in their new Campaign Building feature.
