Even though we live in the digital age, companies still need to use use forms to conduct business. The IRS has all of their forms on the internet. Many human resources companies e-mail the paperwork to potential hires for completion in advance. There are even doctors who have new patient forms on their websites. What about your business, do you use forms regularly? What impressions do your forms give about your business?
How do you feel when you're given forms that don't look very professional? Does it make you wonder if your affairs will be handled properly? A first impression is a lasting impression and in the business arena, perception means everything! So what do your forms look like? Are they forms that can be filled out online or do they need to be completed by hand?
I've gotten in the habit of creating fillable forms to gather information from my clients. Not only is this option environmentally friendly, but it's more efficient since I store client information electronically. Fillable forms allow forms to be completed on a computer and the data is sent back electronically. The only instance that forms may still need to be printed is when a signature is required and today most people have some type of electronic signature that they use on electronic documents.
So what do your forms say about your business? Have you been been putting off setting up your forms because you just don't have the time? If you aren't sure how to make your forms fillable or you need help setting up some forms, then feel free to contact me at SAVVE_Support@verizon.net for assistance!
