Should I or Shouldn't I ? That is the question!

For many years learning how to become a VA has gone through my brain many times over again, though I never followed through. Maybe it was just not my time or could it have been I did not have the resources or willing to learn how to become a VA and to make it a successful business.
Now that I have found the proper resource to start a VA Business of my own and the time I feel it just may be the right time for me to start. But what do I do ? What can I offer ?
I have a strong Medical background when it comes to the clerical side of things, though I also am an EMT and have had some small insurance (Car, Rental, Real Estate, etc. ) and Law experience.
Medical being my primary background of over 10 years, I don't have the skills that I feel are available as a VA. I am not certified to do Medical Billing or Coding which from my experience is one of the biggest VA position available. Though I know how to talk to Patients, Md's, Nurses and other medical providers with confidence. I also know most of the testing procedures and medical terminology needed to work as a VA.
Insurance: I have a strong clerical background, running the office as well as quoting and binding insurance. Though still is this something that I can or willing to do OR is this even enough ?
Law: Not much at all. I can type and I am not shy to typing documents when requested. In fact I love typing. I can type over 70 wpm with 98% accuracy. Though, of course I would go back and correct the 2% or anything else that I may have missed.
Other things that I love to do is :
So please if you have any idea's share, share and share some more
because I am ready with baiting breath ( lol ) to hear them!!!
