Default What A Trip Vacations
Has anyone heard of this place before? They claim to have been in business since 1971, and have an A+ rating on BBB.

They are also offering this...

http://www.homebasedtravelagents.org/ This is a division of What a Trip Vacations.

And I'm surprised that so few people seem to have heard of it. I've been trying to find actual reviews of this place all over the net, but can't find it anywhere. It's one heck of a deal, and I'm wondering how valid it is.

Never heard of them. Is it possible to contact BBB to at least verify the info they stated about being an A+ member since 1971?

Well, they are on the BBB website, with a great rating, but that seems to be the most I can find.

A few years ago there was a company that was offering employment for medical billers to work from home. It sounded to good to be true and this I also found them to have a AAA rating with the BBB. But the one thing that set my alarms off was when I called the contact number there was never an answer and the address was a P.O. Box. I couldn't find any information anywhere. I called Consumer Affairs for my state and I was told to contact the Consumer Affairs for the state that the company was in and to also contact the city chamber of commerce. I called them and the lady at the city chamber of commerce told me that she couldn't give any information about the company but what she did do was tell me in a round about way that the company was not a legitimate business. This was her way of telling me it was a scam.

I have found that ratings with the BBB are not always up to date and can not be relied upon. If the city and state the company is in has a consumer affairs, chamber of commerce, and a State office where you can check on the status of a corporation go there also. If after you have done all that can be done and, leave it alone its not worth it.
