Question What about this "opportunity"?
Hello everyone,

Has anyone actually responded to (joined) the following and if so can you share if it is legitimate or what your thoughts are?

http://dataformoney.com/

I feel it is a scam, but if there are successful dealings going on out there I'd like to know. I thought it was funny - when I first ran across this there was a "contact us" at the bottom - which never worked. Now that is gone.

Anyway just curious. Thanks all!

Michelle,
My quick rule of thumb is, if you have to pay them to "work" from them chances are its a scam. Even though you are an independent contractor, doesn't mean you don't in a sense work for them.
Thats just my two cents. I may be wrong on this though, cause I am new and still trying to figure it all out myself.

Thanks Karie,

I know you're right - I was just hoping that in this one case, maybe somebody actually went for this one and it turned out OK!! :P

It's so sad that these ads get posted in the first place. They sound so good. But I'll tell you besides the charge (even though it's small), one of the real "RED FLAGS" is that there is no way to contact these people!

That's something I'm very surprised at - if they're so good at their scam, they would have at least provided contact information and answered questions if anybody asked.

Oh well, another one bites the dust I guess! lol

Thanks again, take care!!
