I don't want to give someone a bad name so I am not saying it is a scam as I do not know. Hi Rhonda, Any site that you have to pay a monthly membership to "get jobs" I would be leery of. Read their Terms and Conditions ($2.95 for trial membership, then $47 per month thereafter). Any that I have joined in the past earn a percentage of what you are paid without a membership fee. Not saying there aren't good ones out there that you pay to join, but this hasn't been my experience. I did not dig to deep into the website. Just ran across it while looking for projects to bid on. I was going to go back and check it out later so I did not notice the fees.
