Pam has done a great job of offering some feedback. It appears you may have already made a couple of changes...or I am just seeing some things that are different from what Pam lists.
I do love the layout, colors and the types of font you are using. Very clean and professional. I get a great "feel" from it - which is huge to give your visitors.
However, like Pam I'm picking up on some grammar things as well, that make certain phrasing a bit awkward.
-Under your logo - You say - Help you refocus... - Perhaps better wording would be "helping."
-I love the heading..."Benefit from our expertise..." - However, people do come from a place of emotion and feeling when making a decision on how to spend their money. "Carrying out" doesn't give me any warm fuzzies. It makes me feel you will just simply be doing a job rather than saying something like "caring for" which make me feel you will care about what is on my plate.
-Also, when you say you will help me expand my activity...I think - "more work, more activity, is the last thing I need." Maybe something more that addresses allowing them to work on their vision, the things that matter to them. Again...think of that emotional connection.
- I think the wording of the second bullet on the homepage also sounds awkward. You may just need to have someone do an editing job for you. Trust me, this is not a slam. The absolute best writers know that because they are too close to their work they need editors and proofreaders.
- There are also some issues with proper capitalization of first letter. For instance, in your navigation bar...About us and Your needs - the second word is not first letter capped, but Our Collaboration is...which for titles would be proper. Same in Audio and video Transcription. Video needs to be first letter cap also.
Hope this is of some help. I really love the ideas you are presenting and the flow of the site. Also love the classy use of imagery. One other thing to consider, perhaps, is to get a picture of you on the site on the about page. Because we are virtual it is very hard for someone to want to do business with someone they don't know. When we at least have a "quality" image (not a candid photo taken from our cell phone in our car or in front of our mirror) they at least feel some bit of familiarity with us.
Overall - great start.
