First off, congrats in getting your foot in the door! I've got a few suggestions/questions for you to help your website along.
1.) Clients page - the three clients you list almost read like affiliate links. Perhaps instead of saying what they are, indicate what you contributed to them. (Did you create the website, provide content, help with marketing?)
2.) You advertise that you do general website management. What exactly do you mean - website content management? Graphics management? Code and widget management? There are many aspects here that a client could be looking for. Also, when you can afford it, move to a non-branded website. Particularly one that doesn't say free. It doesn't promote confidence.
3.) You indicate that you do
SEO, but looking at your code you're missing several title attributes. For example, in your side menu you have "Title" for the title of the link. You also have more than 8 keywords which dilutes their effectiveness. Lastly, the body of your pages use the h2 tag for headers and not the h1. Search engines look for the h1 content to verify the keywords and meta tags.
4.) Are your resources really for your clients or are they just another income stream? If you want to make them more client centric, include a personal review of the item and how you apply the concepts taught by the books in your work.
Hope those help, again you're off to a great start!
