As the launch date of my business, DVG Business Services nears, I have been working long and hard on my website. It is not yet complete but I thought I would share with my friends here since I have gotten some positive feedback from my family and some friends here at VAF.

Hi Joanne, thanks for your comments. My business is scheduled to launch in early 2010, probably late January. I've just requested a NUANS search for my business name, then I get to apply for my business licence.

Of course, I am guessing maybe I should know this answer, but what is a NUANS search?

A NUANS search is known as a "newly upgraded automated name search". You provide them with your proposed business name and they provide you with a huge list of incorporated companies with similar names.

Just had a chance to look at your site.
Suggestions... make the font the same on each page so it flows better.
On the Services page, there seems to be a few extra spaces after "Administrative Services"
The graphics are good but especially on the front page, the spinning world and world/envelope don't complement the top graphics. The top ones are actual photos while on the bottom are more "cartoony" - it would be better if they were also photos to tie it together better.
Otherwise - Nice Job! It's very clean looking and easy to read and understand. Keep up the good work!

I am still playing around with how I want the Home page to look. The look of it will definately change a few times before I am satisfied with it, I think. For some reason Microsoft Office Live often screws up my fonts and their sizes. I will be fiddling with them so more tonight in hopes of getting it all to look the way I want.

Hi again

I had to change the name of my business as I found out mine was taken The official name of my business is now "DVG Business Solutions" which was my second choice.

I worked hard this weekend revamping my website a little. It's coming along but I'm not sure of the colors. Any comments on my colors? I think there's too much white but I think it still looks nice.
