I (embarrassingly) did not see the feedback video that Mr. Hobbs had provided until today and am relieved that I had changed my site since then! And, actually, I changed my site after seeing Mr. Hobbs' review of all the other sites! So, Mr. Hobbs, if you are out there, you are making a very positive difference with your honest comments and it was a great learning experience for me.
Please feel free to take a second look. I initially decided to advertise my rates based on Mr. Hobb's reviews, but was a little nervous when I learned that most VA's don't advertise rates. I gave it some serious thought and while I may change my mind down the road, I'm deciding to keep them up there for now. I'm sure there is a whole thread out there on whether to advertise rates or not!
Oh, and I absolutely agree that trust is a major factor. I'm actually working on a script for a sales video that shows me in person addressing that very issue. I hope to have the video published by January 1 (if my husband gets his butt in gear with the lighting!).
