Nice site and structure however, my advice is to hone your copy on the front page to hit the basics and add sub pages for the specific targets. You are asking for outsourced work which makes it seems as you cannot sustain yourself based on your own client base. Then you offer 15% to students but not anyone else. Hope I am making sense here.

I would move the student discount to your packages page because others may try to get you to discount your regular fees too. I would move the outsourced overflow to another page and possibly put a more specific contact form and/or information targeted to those agencies/VAs.

I was once advised, think of three questions your potentials may have and then address them on your HOME page. For example: Our support work happens in off hours, how will you handle this? A: Our core hours are....... (and then expand on the thought using your keywords in the copy).

I LOVE your site and truly believe your website has to look professional above all else! (yours does) One thing you might consider in the future is having a small photo of yourself somewhere (maybe on the about page). I feel like I want to see who I'll be working with and build a relationship with a real person. (I'm not a big fan of the 'canned office' images of random people) It also helps if you ever have to attend a networking event so people can recognize you. Other than that - you have one of the best websites I've seen! It's great.

I think it looks awesome. Clear, concise, easy to navigate. I would write a more comprehensive list of talents and a blog. But do it when you can keep up with it. Best of luck and success to you!!
