Hi Sue,
I want to pop in here to give a suggestion about the Client form. I don't think that anyone will fill out information such as passwords and so forth right on the site. I could be wrong but if I was visiting a site, I believe I would be overwhelmed by the form. I think that it asks for too much information up front. I believe that a potential customer would just make a simple inquiry first and then the rest of the information would be obtained later if they contracted with you.
I like the idea of a client coupon. I wouldn't make the word MUST so bold because it looks more like a shouting demand.
I do like the way your paypal is set up with preset packages. That is very clever. I never thought to use this.
I think the company history should be removed from the home page and replaced with verbiage about what you can do for a client. It's not entirely clear to me what value you offer from the text on the homepage. I would move the company history to a tab under About as this is typically where bio info is offered. Here is a resource I posted here about writing a
bio.
The area above the fold is the most important real estate you have (I learned that here at VAF and never forgot it). The information above the fold needs to entice the person into wanting to know more about you as a VA. What can you do for them? What value do you bring to the table for the potential client? Cost IMO is not the main reason for using a VA.
Consider adding something compelling to your pages to get your visitors to do something while they are there. Consider offering something such as a newsletter sign up or a free download. Otherwise they will leave and you will never be able to nurse that lead.
Good luck!
