Hi Mona -
You might consider fixing your link above and also making it an active link so all of us who are coming to provide a review can easily access your site. I did a copy and paste, but it still wasn't working. Then I noticed the space between the "n" and the "s" toward the end. Still didn't work. Then I noticed that the colon that belongs after https isn't there.
The good news is I did get to your website. I will agree with Pam, especially where she mentioned you may want to look at other VA's websites. There is one key thing to remember. Statistics say that people will decided within the first 8 seconds whether they will stay and continue to click through your site or not. I personally think it's less, but that's what the experts say.
It's important to highlight exactly what benefit you bring to people, but you have to get to the "feeling" side of things. Marketing has been shifting over the last 10 years or so, where it has been all about building relationships first. And if you study what the most successful marketing experts say, they all say that things like mission statements and a laundry list of services take a back seat to - "What will be the benefit to me"...and what they mean by that is more of a "how will it affect me emotionally" type of benefit. It's taking the relationship aspect one step further by doing that.
For example: If you go to a furniture store to purchase a sofa are you more concerned about the type of fabric, the dimensions, the type of springs or cushions as your primary consideration - or would you first think about how nice it will look with your other decor, is it attractive, is is something that is so comfortable that you'll feel like you are sitting on a cloud. Most people think of these things first, and then of course they'll then want to check out the quality, the size, and so forth.
So I would recommend that you highlight the right kind of benefits first that will keep them on your site.
