Hi Winston, I just took a quick look through. The font, especially on the home page, is very hard to read and there is a lot of empty space on the right of my screen. I would also move your "services" button higher up the list. I do like your little logo with the Pennwinn and the overall color scheme. Your site has a nice look and feel. Your content still needs a little TLC. The font sizes are different on home and service pages. The spacing is uneven on your home page. Also the font you are using on your home page is a bit difficult to read..the lettering is very close together. As for your Download Forms section... see these little icons of arrows.
