Virtual Administrative Help
Is Just A Click Away!
Because I have old eyes, I use the Ctrl+ function in Mozilla to enlarge the screen that I am reading. In your first paragraph, the word We is separated from the rest of the sentence "This is where a Virtual Assistant can be of great benefit.
We take the administrative tasks out of your..."
Check for a hard return in the html after We.
"We highly recommend perusing
the "About RAS
" section of this site."
After 20+ years in the administrative field, including 7 years in
(hard return here, as well) pharamceuticals, Ms. George
(typo) I'm not sure why you are specifically listing pharmaceuticals unless you are nicheing to them?
Mainly, the success of
(hard return) one's business.
RAS is fully capable
to connect of connecting with clients worldwide to provide high quality service as if your assistant was right outside your office
door.
RAS is
home-based. This makes you sound like an at-home mom, not a business person. I would encourage rewording to "an independent office" or some such...
In the event that a particular piece of equipment or software needs to be purchased in order to to attain your goals, we can do so.Ouch! This could force you into buying equipment/software for a single client's use - potentially VERY EXPENSIVE equipment/software. I would eliminate this idea and, if the needed equipment/software is multi-use, buy it w/out informing the client. If it is for THEIR project only, I would require THEM to provide the equipment/software.
As stated before, RAS is
home-based.
Ditto.
"If you have not used
outside administrative help due to cost"
The dark color of the bottom box of the calculator is hard to read - maybe make it the same as the top box?
Whether it is
nor not, take the next step
However a VA works remotely from their own offices and
is are fully connected using Internet- based technology, telephone, and fax.
Depending
on the scope of the work, you will receive an invoice
either at the end of the project or monthly.
If it appears that going over the discounted rate is an ongoing issue,
the contract may be renegotiated.
(What is the discount?)
In the event
the Remote Admin Services is unavailable
Payment is still made to Remote Admin Services, not the sub-contractor
,<- unless otherwise noted in writing.
Most likely that If you need it, RAS can
handle do it!
I would take out the table of software offered and let them assume you have it all - this ties in w/not purchasing client-specific software
