Wow - at first glance I don't see anything that jumps out at me as negative. I love the colors, the graphics are wonderful, the energy of the site is great and I really truly like the way you've organized your infomation.

I am going to give you a hard time about SEO, which you've not done yet But that's easy to fix.

The one thing I will say is I might suggest reorganizing your home page - there is a big chunk of white space that puts some of your really key info below the fold - if you could format the page a bit differently to share perhaps two columns then you'd get both the generic 'what is a VA' paragraph and image AND your very cool radio show info (an important distinction to be sure) up at the TOP where people can see it right away.

I would also consider adding your client login to it's own page (as well as the front page) - many times a potential client will see this and be impressed by the fact that you even have such a system in place - flaunt it!

Overall, I think it looks great. I didn't have time to read through everything but I did notice this one sentence on your AVA page that seemed to be missing some text.

On your main page, you have:

I would use a lower case 'a' for "attorney". And you have an apostrophe before the 's', making it possessive.

Also, on your services page, I LOVE that graphic of the bulletin board. But it has your Gmail address on it. Did you have a business email address you planned to use?

Congrats on your radio show! And your "About Us" page is great! Very professional.

Way to go on your website! I like that your niches are so well defined. But, you do have to quickly complete your VBA page.

You've already received great input and I agree with Tess about reorganizing your homepage. What about reducing the size of your RFP form and image by half and maybe put them in a soft looking box? Also try and add more content about what you can do for potential clients, what you have of value to offer them.

I noticed that you talked about yourself in the 1st and 3rd person in your About Us page, you have to make it consistent.

I really like the template, it's very professional and clean-looking.

Throughout your site, you have "virtual assistant" as small caps; I believe it should be Virtual Assistant

I agree with Agnes in keeping talking about the 1st and 3rd person and keeping it consistent.

I have noticed you using two or three different styles of font, especially on the services page. I recommend that you use one consistent font throughout the site.

I really like all images used, especially your memo!
