Question Web site reviews please
My site is almost complete. I am only waiting to here back from a couple of people for permissions for the portfilio page, so it is blank for now. Be kind, be gentle, but be honest as to your thoughts. Keep in mind this is my first web design, I'm only used to inputting in real estate templates. It still needs a little tweeking here and there, like the email formatiing that Tess's husband wrote for spamers. But I would love any feedback you could provide.
Thanks.

Is the address your home or an office? I would delete it if is your home as you don't want people just showing up at your house. Maybe get a PO box?

I have had a look and I totally agree with lily, however, this is going to be a design fault with me: I personally don't like the background. I think it's just a little bit too busy. If you had a simplar background (i.e. one for 1024x768 or 800x600) it would look more professional. I also don't tend to like "Link Pages". I prefer a joint "Interactive" page, where I'd link my portfolio (pdf format! ) and also have links/references of interest.

Just my two cents. Other than that it looks okay.

Looks like you've already rec'd some great suggestions and feedback.
The first thing I notice is the image of a sold house and the family in front of the 'sold' sign - but I want the first thing I notice to tell me who you are and what you do...with those images front and center, coupled with such a dark background, I really have to *want* to read to find out what service you offer.
Don't forget, people sum a site up in about seven seconds. You've got to get your message across immediately if you want to inspire them to click further into the site - so your home page should be absolutely clear as to what you do - I'd suggest making your company name and tagline (or at least 'Virtual Real Estate Assistant') the central focal point on your home page.

Good start!

Thank you all for the suggestions. I redid the layout, I thought the first design was a little off too. In my quest for making a different website, maybe it was to different.

Hi there It is so much easier to determine what it is you do now!

Now, this is just a suggestion and you are more than welcome, as always to ignore me completely, but I might try a white background on the inner portion of your pages (where the content is) I think it would make it easier to read and break up the background which has a lot of movement in the flecks being everywhere.
