I think your site looks great! I did notice that on the home page, next to the link to the whitepaper, the text reads "Need to no more..." should be "Need to know more...".

Your site looks crisp, clean and I LOVE the image of the two of you - such a great touch.

My only suggestion would be to change the header HILDEANDSUSANNE.NET to just HILDE AND SUSANNE [keeping the VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES that's just below that...] It'll make more sense to new visitors immediately upon landing on the page and will allow people to make the connection between your two names [more easily identified] and the pic of the two of you.

Be sure to implement some SEO on your site - since you're using WP as your CMS you have a great opportunity to optimize your site quite a lot, take advantage of that!

I didn't look through your content but it looks like you're gotten some great feedback on that so far

WP is WordPress and CMS is Content Management System, which is what WordPress is. There's some great SEO plug-ins that are free to download in WordPress. You can find a lot of good information on the web on the subject also. Unfortunately, I have none from the top of my head for you, but if you google SEO for Wordpress you will get tons. Good luck!
