Hi Trish, sorry you've waited so long for feedback on your site! I always cringe when I find threads that have been sitting... It looks to me like you're still really working out some serious kinks on your site, I see lots of broken images right off the bat. I can't break down the whole site for you, but I'd like to point out a few of the most pressing issues so you can start to move things around a bit.
On your home page - the justification to the right is hard to read - better to have it left justified and/or center some parts that you want to highlight...
I'm not understanding the purpose of using the scrolling images at the top - I know it can be tempting to include this kind of thing but it draws attention away from the most important elements of the page. The same goes for the 'web polls' you have scattered throughout. If these are in place to help you learn more about your potential clients, then put a series of a few questions on your contact form. If they're meant to be fun, they belong on a blog. [Just my two cents, and I realize you may just be trying to add whimsy to the site, but my reasoning is that unless it serves to educate your potential clients or inspire them to want to learn more or get in touch with you it is unnecessary.]
Get rid of the mess of icons and links at the bottom of your pages - those don't mean anything to potential clients. Those belong *maybe* on the about page, if you're going to elaborate on why they're important to your practice, and certainly would make good sense in the sidebar of a blog.
You have a great freebie/draw [sign up to receive...] but I had to go to your About page to find it. That should be on your front page - nine times out of ten that is the ONLY page your visitors are going to see - so getting them to sign up has got to happen right away.
As I'm moving through the pages, there is no consistency - the scrolling image thing is in different places, making it all the more distracting. People want to map out your layout from page one so they know where to look to get the info they want/expect to find on each page.
On your contact form, while it can be useful to list services you offer in that drop down, it can also limit people who are looking to identify with what you offer. So maybe adding a space where they can tell you what they want in their own words... the same goes for your list of businesses - unless you are intentionally limiting your clientele, I'd recommend getting rid of that entirely. Provide blank fields for company info, industry, etc. instead.
I hope by now you're not sorry you asked for feedback - that's where I'll leave this as I'm sure it's more than enough homework for you for now. Do post back when you've made some updates, I'd love to see what you do with it
