"Gem" is a nickname I was given years ago from a former co-worker, who considered me a "Gem of a friend, co-worker and person." I would also like to be known as a Gem in the world of Virtual Assisting. I believe that personality as well as trust is very important when working with others. Over the past 20 years I have been an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant and a Customer Service Representative.
