It was easy to move around. I read (scanned) but could not see any errors. I loved your graphics and the way you presented your packages. Very, very original.

I think the site looks great! I read through it pretty carefully (I like to proofread) and the only thing I noticed was the list under "First Time Buyer" on the Packages page was all bold--others lists were not.

Your site looks great! VERY clean and easy to read. I really like the site layout.

I did notice a few minor items when I viewed the site on my computer with Internet Explorer 8:

1) Your footer (starting at Analytics Plugin) is not centered under your pages. The footer seems to be off to the left, while the rest of the site is centered.

2) On your home page the "return to top of page" black bar footer (in addition to the footer mentioned in #2) is not centered on the page. It too appears to be off to the left.

3) On your home page the info in the right "Let's Be Social" box appears to cut the text off on the right side at first glance. If I click on this box and drag my mouse to the right, then I can see all the text.

4) Very minor visual layout item on the home page. Your Virtual Assistant vs. Office Assistant box is slightly shorter than the Welcome to VirtualAssistantChick.com box; and the My Focus is to Allow You to be Client Focused box is shorter than the Let’s be Social box. (Really a minor thing, just me being anal-retentive. LOL)

All in all the site looks fantastic. Great Job.

Nice site. I really liked how many parts of your site utilized Real Estate jargon. A defintie plus.

I think you may have too many plugins on your wordpress site. Some of them are loading very very slowly but there's not much content or media on there. One I noticed was the analytics plugin you use. I would scrap that as it's eating up memory. Try google analytics instead - much nicer and frees up processing power for your site.

You have two copyright footers. You may want to take the one that has your name and move it up to the other section. Most likely this is in your footer.php file.

What is the difference between Contact and RFP? They seem to be synonymous. Perhaps you could call it contact, list your phone and email on the top and then have the form underneath that? Also, RFP sounds passive... perhaps something a bit more "call to action" such as a request a free 15 min consultation?

The other thing which was a bit distracting was the Facebook "like" button at the bottom of every page. Is it necessary? Are prospective clients likely to click on it? Or does it show them that you've had your personal friends provide comments? Perhaps just on the main page?

Also, as a VA Chick... you have a great opportunity to set up a Twitter feed of Real Estate VA goodies. Using your logo and emphasizing "Chick" on both channels will help your business stick in a persons mind. Not enough time to keep up an ongoing feed? Use hootsuite to schedule a months worth of quotes and teasers. Save everything in a Word doc and then recycle and add to it.

Nice start - keep up with the Real Estate jargon and "Chick" stuff throughout the site and you'll have a great message!

I really appreciate the feedback! I pulled the plugin, and am working on some of the issues of the boxes lining up. I'm going to keep RFP - maybe change the name but move it within the contact menu.

I love the idea of incorporating my chick more - and you're right, it IS what makes me memorable, but I'm under utilizing it.
