I have been following my traffic via Google Analytics and noticed visitors were not clicking on my FAQ link, at all. So, I decided I needed to make some changes to content in order to reduce bounce rates, etc.
My overall design has stayed the same, but I added more clickable content on the home page and then some on pages throughout. I also changed my bio. I would really appreciate it if you would all check it out (specifically the home page and my bio) and let me know if it reads well? Is there TOO much information now?
My eyes are extremely tired (been working on this allll day, even though I had planned on not doing any work) and I am not sure how it looks at this point.
Hi Darlene -
Not remembering the way your site looked previously, at least not in detail, I may not be looking for the right things, but I think it generally looks great.
My only suggestion after a fairly brief visit there is to add a few more headings on the about page, dividing up your text so it looks more like several chunks than one long narrative. My guess is that people will more willingly read it that way. Know what I mean?
Hi Darlene, I still love your colors I do agree with Mary on the spacing though, and might suggest adding more white space between page sections in general to avoid a 'cramped' look.
Perhaps a bit more space between the header and the content below?

Thank you both for taking a look. I broke up my bio into sections like Mary had suggested. This way visitors can read whichever area of my bio interests them the most just by glancing at the headings.
Tess---I wasn't sure which headers you meant. For now I did put a few breaks between my top tagline and the text below, but I am beginning to think you meant the headers right above the paragraphs (the text I have in bold). In any case, I will probably play around some more later on.
Sorry, I wasn't clear...I meant the space between your logo and tagline (your image header) but actually, on second glance (or perhaps it's because of the other changes you made) I take it back
