Hi Tiffany- Congrats on launching your new business and website. The site is clean and easy to navigate, way to go!
I'm not sure if its my Internet connection (I've been having issues all day long), it seems like it takes forever for your Google analytics to load on the home page and other things on the other pages, like sitereport on the About page. Do check it out. Your website isn't optimized fully for the search engines in regards to your page titles. Do visit the
SEO section for more info about using keywords and more.
I agree with Shari in regards to the resume. It does take a while to get comfortable in the "business owner" role, having a resume on ones website automatically gets a potential client thinking of you as an employee. Which you are not

!
Perception is so important in our business, so we have to do everything within our power to show that we are ready for clients. Having things such as "under construction" (you don't have that!

) or "coming soon" means that maybe we are not ready for clients and they move on to the next VA. If you don't already have the testimonials on hand for your site, don't mention it.
You need to set all the links on your website to open on a new page.
Your portfolio opens into your certifications, so people who have no knowledge of these credentials will think that you designed the logos.
I couldn't ready tell if you used the same font color for the questions in your FAQ page. The color after the calculator looks lighter.
Hope this helps.
