I think you did a really nice job! Overall it has a professional look.

One thing I noticed is the fonts on the main page are pretty small. I think there could also be more contrast on the main page between the headings and the text in the body either in size or color. The text on the left also runs up really close to the VA calculator on the right...maybe more of a space between them would better define the page. Also, when I go between pages it seems the fonts on each page are different either in color, size or boldness. Maybe go for a consistent look between pages for better flow.

Those are just the little things I noticed. Little stuff! Like I said, overall I think you did a great job!

Overall I think it looks really good - crisp and clean. One thing I would do personally is change the page links around a little so that they flow a little better eg:

Your home page - going straight into the calculator may put people off, I would use your 2nd page, Reasons to Use a VA, as your 1st page to introduce your site.
Page 2 - About Us
Page 3 - Services
Page 4 - Rates /sub page of this for the calculator
Page 5 - Client Payment Services
Page 6 - Contact us.

Also, put your email address as well as your telephone number on each page in an area that is easy to see - make it easy for a potential client to contact you! Aake sure there is a link to your contact page. Regarding your contact page - are you really available 24/7? If you don't want a client to email you at 10pm as you are about to go to bed, I would take that off, but leave on about answers within 24hrs.

Obviously all the above is my person take on your website and can be ignored if you want to, no offence taken. I am looking at it from a potential client's view of ease of use.

Thanks to everyone that offered feedback it helped me so much. I took everything into consideration and changed my website. After wanting to pull my hair out from lack of sleep I fianlly got it the way I wanted it. Please review it again, and let me know if you see anything that needs to be changed.

Hi Kristy, I am a new starter myself and I am looking at other websites out there for inspiration and advice.

The site that you have looks really informative and well planned, lots of links to further information. I really think that your content is great.

The only thing, personally, that I would change are the pictures. You will find that as you are using the Microsoft Office Live website, you will find other small businesses along the way that have the same pictures as you as they are standard built in the template pages. Sign up to a few free stock image providers, you will find some great ones out there. This way, although you will still encounter sites that have the same pictures, you will find that they are more relevant to the industry served. I have seen the picture that you have on your home page body in a few sites and I am certain that not all are VA sites.

Overall, I think you have put alot of time and effort into your site and it should serve you well.
