First, let me say, I love your colour scheme. It's very professional and calm looking.
I like the Arial font on the sides and on the top. I wouldn't use the Comic Sans font. To me it's not as professional.
The words "Quality", "Integrity" should go without saying. That also goes for words like "efficient", "accurate", "fast", etc. A high end Realtor in my town doesn't even put the words "for sale" on his lawn signs when he lists houses. It's obvious the house is for sale if his sign is on the lawn. Quality, Integrity, should be expected of a VA - you shouldn't have to advertise that.
"Proactive Approach" is good. To me that says that you think ahead and will provide good suggestions to your clients (things they may not think of).
The last paragraph about grabbing a cup of coffee - if you don't give the viewers a reason to go through your site immediately without being asked to, they probably won't.
Starting the page with welcome to
My is about you - it's not about the client. I think you need something stronger to grab readers' attention - something that sets you apart from other VA websites. The word, "my" gives the impression that it's a vanity page. Maybe saying "Your Virtual Office" might be a better heading.
I don't think the "Hello, my name" is and "I believe you will find" belong here - that's very passive voice
You need a space between Virtual Assistant and (VA) on your home page.
I like the picture - I actually used that one on my web site about a year ago.
You shouldn't use underlining for emphasis, people may think those parts are links.
I'm not sure about the What is a VA page. Many do it - I think if someone is looking for a VA, they probably know what one is already.
I like your bio page.
You have content on your blog page, so why the "coming soon" part?
On the contact page, what does the "A" before the star before Required field mean?
The page title on your main page is "Home". I'd change that to something more
SEO friendly.
You should ensure that your pictures have alternate text tags.
You're off to a great start.
