Hi Tina, great start

It's a lot of work getting a website going, so you should be proud of yourself for your efforts!
I have just a few suggestions that I think will make a visitor's experience flow more easily...
Starting with the home page, notice the image of the clock is pixel-y - I'd recommend sizing that properly and then adding to the page. Start with a larger image, if need be.
I'd also suggest making better use of the space on your home page - you have so much empty space above the fold with most of your business message down at the bottom of the page. I'd recommend moving the VA definition off of your home page entirely, or at least move it to the bottom. The most important thing your visitor is looking for is info about what YOU do, a general definition should be used as backup only, NOT your main message.
I also notice tags for a virtual assistant network on numerous pages - while it may very well be a great site, think about what this is going to mean to your potential client - likely not much, if anything. Unless something adds value and information to your visitor's experience, get rid of it or move it all to one page of 'favorite links' [if you absolutely have to keep it on the site].
Check that your fonts are consistent throughout the site - try using bold and italics to highlight certain items, rather than in every sentence.
And do check out the
SEO section - you'll want to optimize your site as much as you can so the search engines can properly index your pages.
Feel free to post back if/when you make any updates, I'd love to see how your site progresses
