I thought it was very clear and easy to read, but I have a few suggestions.

Your telephone number is only listed on one page, which isn't a problem, but it isn't very easy to find. I would make it more visible, possible a bigger font. If your clients don't want to fill out the form and they want to call you instead, you need to make it easy for them. The second thing is to link your pages together. One easy way to do that is to make a link to your contact page. Everywhere you say, give me a call, link that to the contact. Again, make it easy for prospective clients to find your phone number.

Does anyone know how I can create a link to my phone number on the contact page?

I did my website through Homestead. When I wanted to link my first page to the contact page, I had to highlight the wording on the first page and then click the link button at the top which then gave me a place to designate what I wanted to link. If you did your website through a service like Homestead there should be a help page to let you know what to do. I don't know code, so I can't help you if that is the way you did your website.
