It is correct on the website but unfortunately it is wrong here.

Hi Linda. Well done on getting your website up and running. Just a few things that I noticed at first glance:

1. At the top of the page there is a download button for a plug-in. Is that meant to be there?

2. You have a Member's Area on your home page but there is no mention of what I would be signing up for.

3. There are tabs whose purpose I don't quite understand such as the Calendar, Guestbook, Members and Comments. I think those pages would be put to better use to explain your business like what it is that you do, who you are, how you can help me or why I should contact you in the first place.

That was my first impression and I hope you find my comments constructive. Websites are always a work in progress so I wish you luck with yours. I've seen this is also your first post so to the forum, it's a great place to exchange ideas and get your business off the ground.

For a bird's eye view of your business

Here is my opinion based on a first look.

The banner advertising at the top of the page is completely distracting. I assume this need to be there because this is a free hosted site which I am not fond of to begin with.

The image of the city takes up way too much valuable real estate and there is nothing on the home page to tell my what you do and why I should even continue to look at what you offer.

Agree about the additional pages and the members area, what is the need?

At the bottom of the home page you have a section that says title and click to add text, images and other content. It makes it look incomplete.

Your web form has a drop down list for services but nowhere to capture a name, email and phone number so even if I got this point I would be lost after that.

I think that I will delete the entire site and start again. I just wanted to see how it looked. I guess the free websites are not that popular. Thanks again.
