I just wanted to say that I liked you website, you can tell you put a lot of thought into the content. I would recommend though that you rethink the grey font on the drop down list because it is quite hard to read, perhaps you could place some images as well to break up the text a little and the only other thing that comes to mind is the duplicate menu bar at the top of each page, maybe it would be more useful at the bottom once your visitor has scrolled all the way down.

I loved the flash images on your home page, they brightened up the page and the captions and text are great.

I just took a look at your site and it looks great. I really like your logo, which I think you should make a little bigger. I also like the content, you have definitely done a great job!
Also, is the sentence Essential Administrative Support - Enhancing your business success - supposed to be within quotation marks? If so, you are missing the closing quotation, so it looks incomplete. I didn't really look through thoroughly to see if there were any spelling/grammar errors, but overall the site looks really good.
