Ok I designed a website through fatcow.com and I have absolutely no experience in this area. I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should get a VA to do this for me who is experienced in web design. I know I will be changing the "About Us" page. Please take a look and tell me your opinions. I want to make a good impression and I'm just not sure what businesses will think of this. Thanks!

I think you did a good job on the website. I like how it turns day to night it kind of implies that you are there when you need them, which is what a VA wants to be known for right ;-)

The only think I would suggest, and this is my own personal opinion is to take the visitor counter off of the front page. the only reason I say this is because since you are new you don't want them to think you only have 7 people visiting your site....again, this is my own opinion and not sure what others would think.

But the design is very nice.

Oh I so love the theme, and the way the blinds close on the left hand menu.

As for the visitor counter, some will let you choose a number to start from and you could select a number such as 1000.

Jamie, you could just make the counter invisible until you have more visits to your page. Just a thought.

I have a counter on my site, but it also gives me stats that are valuable to know and evaluate.

Hi Jamie,
I think the theme is great. It pertrays a busy city or professional life were your services can help them calm the waters a bit. The content is good too. Maybe add some bullets for some visual interest or not. Not much I can say as to what I don't like LOL. Great job especially for your first time!
