What a great web site. I love the fact your sidebars are different on every page. The site has great content and is easy to read.
Following are things I notices while reading through the site.
In the first paragraph of home page, you state "... new person or
we have no space in the office". It is the only time you reference we, everything else is very general.
In the second paragraph of home page, you refer to an employee and then near the end you state "...and you no longer can meet your
client´s expectations,...". Maybe I am reading in wrong but should it not be employer?
In the last paragraph on the home page, I found this hard to understand. "There is a tendency for many companies to hire Virtual Assistants in other countries such as USA and Argentina and
(beginning) begins to grow in Europe. Don't stay behind and
(should take out "and") give your company the opportunity to achieve the success it deserves.
On the services page, in the sidebar, you state "
In 1h we could ..." and then listed everything. I could take that you could do all of that in 1 hour. Maybe you could add "In 1h we could do any of the following". Just a thought.
On the fees page, under monthly retainer, you have can not as two words and I believe it should be one. Also on the fees page

I have to admit that when I first went to the site and saw Spanish, and not speaking it, I would have probably passed on it. The symbols for English and Spanish should be more prominent when coming to your home page so I know I have the choice. Just a thought.
A web site is always a work in progress which is what makes it so exciting. I think I have to rethink my side bars on my web site. They are all the same and I like the idea of them being different.
