I've been working on this for a while. Changing a little here and there. But I finally finished every page I wanted to have. I am seriously considering changing my services and rates page, but haven't quite decided for sure yet.

Hi Shannon,

I took a look at your website and I must tell you that you have a nice site. However, there are a few things that need some tweaking.

The biggest issue I see is on the home page. At first I thought it was the spacing, then I realized you just may have too many images on that page. Perhaps remove the first image and bump the second one up? Just re-work the page a little bit and I think you will be in good shape.

I really like your About page. It is formatted nicely and there is just enough information.

Also, if you can resize the width of the navigation buttons to be the same as the green column, I think it would look better. To my eye, it just looks funny and out of place. And maybe bring the Home button up so it is flush with the green column, same with the contact, bring it down so it is flush with the green column (hope that makes sense). Then space the rest appropriately.

The remainder of your site looks pretty good.

Wish there was a way we could put more on a site without the pages being so long. Many people hate to scroll over long pages. However, you have done a good job with the back to top buttons.

Your site is comprehensive in a good way; contains all the information that I believe a client would need.

I like the About page - the right information and organized well

I wouldn't recommend the guest book link or view entries

You might want to leave off “what others are saying" until you can put information there

Good breakdown of your services - I am not a fan of lots of stock images but I think this is more of a personal preference but your images are relevant so that's good

I was overwhelm with the rates page but It’s probably better to lay it all out

I'm not sure if this matters to you but your rating page does not format correctly in firefox and the add page to favorites doesn't work in firefox.

I always wonder about listing address on the contact page especially since it’s a virtual business

Agreement docs were slow to download for me but that might just be my connection. Is it a standard agreement or is customized on a per job basis.

Thanks for all the replies. I am sorry that it's taken me so long to respond. Sundays are family day. I am looking into all of the suggestions that have been made. So far, I have determined that the program I used to build the site will not allow me to resize the buttons, but I am going to work on centering them better. As for the rest, I've been fairly busy this morning, so I have not been able to check anything else out.

Your site looks clean. I like it. You might want to rethink your first picture... you have the subtitle "Welcome to K & K processing" directly over a picture of an office that's in chaos!! I know what you were getting at, but try to balance it with positive images as well.

I liked your site, it looks like all your hard work has paid off. I am looking at those pink bars and they divide up the sections of the pages nicely but then you use black parallel lines on the rates page.

I really like your site.

I feel it was well put together and great usage of colors (which draws the viewers attention) and great use of pictures (I dont think you over-did on adding photos)

Each page flowed and I like how your hyperlinks routed me to specific areas of your site. The site seems very user friendly.

Overall very good job with the site.. I apologize I did not get in-depth in regards to any grammatical errors I did not look that close as those areas, but again overalll I think you did great.. I will need your help critiquing mine soon!
