Hi Danielle,
Here are my questions, comments, issues with code:
(on the "home page") Underlining should be reserved for hyperlinks (ie: remove the underline under "savvy virtual assisstants here to put you in the know"). It also just looks stronger without the underline.
What does it mean to you to put them "in the know"? Websites are real close to elevator pitches in that you have to catch people in just a few moments (literally) before they move on.
I would tend to put "Welcome to" on one line, and below that in a bolder font put "Savvy Virtual Assistants, LLC."
The grey banner at the top of the "home page" is missing something. Any thoughts on what goes there, if anything? Any logo ideas? Your business name in a cool font?
For whatever reason, I am noting 5 colors, maybe even 7 colors on the main page. I would pick less colors, and make what colors are there really stand out.
On the "what is a virtual assistant" page....I see some headline questions being in italics, some not. Italics for questions is excellent and would put all questions in italics. But, whatever your choice, make them match.
Remove the "Modify Website" link in the lower right hand corner. I would remove all references to 'easydot'. Are you able to remove it? I am all for giving a *designer* credit, but....a place that makes templates is not the same, IMO. YOU should be the center piece, not some template/host company.
I see a lot of the images are hyperlinked. Remove the hyperlinks. Hyperlined pictures are usually used to show you a larger image so you know what you are buying, etc.
Less is better. Unless there is a good reason for something? Don't use it.
(ie: I would remove the "Help" image with the black arrow, or at least crop out the "Show B", and change the color of the 'help' image so its not adding yet another color to the site. Black and white is always an excellent option. At minimum, try it.)
Again, I see the Doteasy on yet another page. You do not need to advertise for them, or do you?
The blog link does not work. I would be very curious to see it. Please let me know if you do get it working. (something about a Java error?)
ie: <meta name="GENERATOR" content="Doteasy Website Creator">
I would remove reference to "easy website creators". Why? You are advertising that you do website work as one of your features. Even basic website work should be advertised on a web layout that is totally nailed down. This one appears to be a template, and its not nailed down - yet. The thing with web work is that you tend to inherit web designs to work on and they are not made in straight HTML. What do you plan on doing with your feature of web design work and web maintenance?
Come up with lots more keywords (
and separate them with commas so you don't have to have them one per line! you could easily end up with pages and pages of meta keywords if its one per line). You can even go and look at your competitors keywords and get some from them. Have your name be one of the keyword metatags. Spell your name right, spell it wrong (
however people might massacre your name when trying to find you? use that spelling, too!), put your state as well as the city, your zipcode! I shop a great deal by zip code on Google. There are a ton of keywords out there you just have to list them, and insert them.
The "Services and Rates" page is missing the bold word in the grey are in the upper left hand corner like the other pages have.
The "What is a Virtual Assistant" page is missing the bold word in the grey are in the upper left hand corner like the other pages have.
The background image does not show up completely (
its about half visible?). I only saw the background image because I right clicked on it:

On the "home page", the square grey box in the upper left hand corner covers up the rounded corner of the background image.
View your site in every possible browser you can get your hands on. Mac? PC? IE version 6, IE version 7, Mozilla, Opera even! View it in all. I looked at the site in three browsers.
What is a "Free
SEO Directory" (ie: on the Twitter ad)? I do not need to know -- but if I asked, others will too. If you think the customer will leave with more questions than answers? Change something. Websites should have lots of "statements" about you, and less about questions unless they are specific to a job they have in mind.

I like this little guy -- I just don't much like the tan background that goes with him. Where did the tan background come from? When I right click on him he is just the bird with a white background. Of course, you know me, the tan part?, its yet another color.
You should fill out your ALT tags (ie: the twitter bird should have an ALT tag).
.....
I think the others are probably better than I am at this, but consider speaking in more of a third person on the intro page, as if someone is recommending you!
"
Danielle Kubus, President of Savvy Virtual Assistants, has over 10 years of experience in executive administration, office management and computer skills."
What you have now:
"My Name is Danielle Kubus and I am the President of Savvy Virtual Assistants, with over 10 years experience in executive administration assistance, office management and computer skills."
...........
Are you in British Columbia? Or Florida? I ask because people want to know what country they are hiring people in - for whatever reasons they might have. The domain was purchased in Canada and so people might want to know if there is anything they need to do legally.
(I went to whois.net to view who owns the domain name and it shows BC)
.....
That should be enough to keep you busy!
I hope that was not too painful. I want you to succeed otherwise I would not have made any comments. Your "WEB PRESENSE" speaks volumes. NAIL it, and you will do very well.
