Hi Cindy

First, I would strongly recommend that you do some reading in the
SEO [Search Engine Optimization] section of the forums. I don't see a single stitch of
SEO on your site.
I love the colors you're working with and the muted, kind of sepia toned main header image but wonder if it wouldn't liven things up even more to change the color of your link class to bold and match the color one of the main colors of your site - the darker mauve maybe? I'd also include MORE links in-text - you have virtually no calls to action that are visible above the fold. You want to get your potential clients interested and moving into your site for more info.
One other suggestion I would make is regarding your content - as I click onto each page I'm faced with a veritable 'menu' of services, rate info, etc. but there's no real conversation going on. The site talks AT me, not to me - which would be ideal. I'd spend some time thinking about ways you can present your information in a more client-friendly tone. Yes, they want the info fast and clear, but there's a way to finesse that and still help people feel their way through your information rather than reading it like a report. Does that make sense??
I think the font for your menu items could also be much larger and more defined.
The only other immediate suggestion I would make is to work with your logo image and the space it sits in so that the background on your image matches the background of site in that space [either change the background on the image to the light purple or change that bar on the site to white]. Also, address the pixel-y, stretched appearance of your logo. You want it to appear crisp on the page, not grainy. I think one solution to this is to size it down quite a bit until the edges of the letters are smooth.
I'd love to see it again once you've updated so please do post back!
