If anyone has the time, could you look at my website and give me your thoughts on how it could be better and what you like about it. I have never designed a website before and here I am doing it for my business. Thank you to who ever does this for me. Happy Holidays! Pam

Hi Pam,
I took a look at your site and some of your links are not working, also I think you should keep your font the same size throughout or only one change for emphasis and then consider using a different font. On your Calculator page the links at the top are not working. You state you have 30 years of corporate experience but your staff years of experience add up to 44 years (this could be confusing). One last thing that stood out was the change in person on Charlotte's bio, consider changing the last "me" to Ms. Peters.

Is that your logo on the bottom of the welcome page.? If so, consider putting it in the header area for more exposure.
Your pages are neat and tidy, clean a crisp, good use of color and layout too.

HTH

Cheers!!

Pam,

I agree with Bernice. Especially about the logo. Move it to the top or place it so that it is prominent. Also, I also had lag time between the page and some of the links did not work or needed to be reloaded to take me to them.

Best to you.

Hi Pam,

I really like your company name. On your Services page, at the bottom, you have "Business is messy . . . we'll clean it up." Is that your tagline? Cuz it's a really clever tagline to go with your biz name! I would consider combining your biz name & tagline & put both at the top of every page. It will make a more memorable impression that way.

On your Services page, you have a section titled "Travel." While the paragraph that follows is very good, I don't see what it has to do with travel.

Under Etcetera, you have: Tired of hearing that’s not my job, I don’t know how to do that, or I don’t have time; we can make those phrases a thing of the past and give you time to do what you love, run your business. I would replace the semi-colon with a question mark & make the second part it's own sentence.

On your Calculator page, I only see the calculation columns, not the actual calculator. I'm using IE7.

Your email link with the little stamp is cool, but it's only on the home page & is very small & at the bottom. I didn't see it until I had visited your home page a few times. I would make it bigger or move it up, or both, & put it on all pages.

I love your muted color scheme & the paper background on your pages. It ties in very nicely with your biz name. The tree/bark background behind your biz name is really a nice touch!

Overall, a really nice looking site with a great biz name & tagline. Excellent start! A few corrections to your links & calculator page & I think you're good to go.

Good luck!!

Lezly

We are having a slight problem with our server. We are hoping to have it back up soon. Thanks for taking the time to try and look at our sight. I do appreciate it. And I'm glad you like our company name, we thought it was kind of catchy.

Have a great day!

Hi Pam,

Your site looks really good. I have a few suggestions:

1) On the Welcome page, in the sentence "With today's economy and “Fly-in / Fly-out” (FIFO) staffing practices are furthering the demand that can only be met by competent VA’s." Should there be a comma between "staffing" and "practices?"

2) In your Mission Statement, I would change "their" in second line to "our" so that it's all in first person.

I hope that's helpful.

Cheers,
Gina
