On the rates page near the bottom "If you need
a services not listed..." Should be service or take the a out.
On the Services Page " Building these relationships is the best use of your time, not
, the day-to-day..." I do not think you need the comma.

One thing I learned in my web design course is to have a space, usually the bottom with the last update date. I know for myself if I am researching the first thing I look for is if the information is up to date. If I cannot find some sort of date that shows activity in the last few months, I do not bother with it.
Another thing I have learned is to have your picture on the site. That way people know there is a real person. Just a thought.
It is a great feeling creating a web site for sure.
