I had a quick peek and I might suggest making your signature bigger on that front page - it's so small and hard to read. I think if you can get an image of your actual signature that would be even better! (Just sign a piece of paper with a heavy black marker and then scan it in, save as an image and upload to your site...)

Just in terms of SEO - search engines like to be able to read the URL's for your inside pages easily. I noticed that your own menu buttons don't really match up with what they are (for instance, clicking 'questions' takes you to a page that in the URL is actually called 'products') I'm not familiar with the program you used to make your site so am not sure how easy it will be for you to fix those, but I'd really suggest doing so.

The program should also allow you to create page titles for each of your pages (the words that show up in the very very top of your browser window) - for better search engine optimization I'd change those to include something about the industry, perhaps 'CornerVirtual Office Virtual Assistance' or something like that - since people are likely to search for a VA using the terms 'virtual assistance' or 'virtual assistant' try to use them in your page titles and throughout your site.

Hi Nikki, I have to say I really love your URL/company name, what a great and original concept and brand. I'd imagine you can do alot with that 'corner office' in terms of logo design, etc.

Just a few suggestions:

1.
Your home page title says 'Home', I suggest that you use 3 of your keywords in the title like:
"Virtual Office - Virtual Administration - one other keyword"
It will have a good impact on your search engine rankings.

2.
Like Tess mentioned, when I click 'Services' I go to a page called 'about.html' and again the page title is 'About Us'.
I would rename 'about.html' to 'virtual-office-services.html' and change the page title to a small descriptive title for the services page.

These are very important issues to take into account, if you want to be noticed by search engines and rank well.

The title of every page is an important SEO factor, it's like the title of an article, they are usually meaningful; did you ever see an article in a magazine titled 'Home' or 'Article'?

In terms of search engines, it is one of the factors that helps the search engines determine what a page is all about.

Also when you search for Nakiba's website on Google you get this:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...loffice.com%22

Note the title, it's 'Business', so now if you search for one of my websites, you get this:

http://www.google.com/search?q=www.hamidof.com&hl=en

Also note the title.

Now, which one is more descriptive will inspire you to click on it? The titles will help the search engines determine what your site is all about in the first place. From there, the titles provide descriptions to people searching the web and helps them determine which site they'll click on.
