I'm trying to recall your old site - wasn't it a green and white themed WP blog? Good for you for branching out a bit and stretching your skills. You've got a great start on your site so far! A few notes:
I moused over your logo expecting it to be linked to the home page throughout AND have an image tag with
SEO in mind but alas - not...
I really like your use of '10 tasks in under an hour' on the home page but might suggest setting it apart more from the main site content - either by trying a different font/color or by giving it a background in a light color?
On the 'About' page I noticed the little snippet about your nickname, which is a fun read, but seems not to be formatted well in the blue box it's housed in. I'm on IE7 with a mid-sized widescreen, not sure if that has anything to do with it... but there's a good half inch of empty space in there and then the container grows very long because the text is scrunched up.
Also, check your page titles - make sure you capitalize what should be capitalized and for example: on your 'Services' page your page title is
bookkeeping,virtual assistance - I would rewrite that as
We provide bookkeeping and virtual assistance services or
Gem's provides... or similar.
Overall, I'd try to take advantage of as much space above the fold as possible by bringing listed items closer together (on your services page for example).
