As some of you are aware, I have decided to create a new website specific to real estate. I still have my Executive @ssist site for small business admin, but as I am really focusing in on real estate I wanted my website to reflect that. I would appreciate any reviews on my new site and logo. The new website is www.list2closeassistant.com.

!!!! I like the new you!!!! The website looks great and I really like that you have tailored your services specifically to real estate. That is a wonderful selling point.

If you have not checked out my site lately, please do so. I'm not quite done with it yet so please excuse the mess

. I am in the process of streamlining my services a little more and adding more content to it.

One thing:

On your home page, there is a http address (I think you meant for it to be a link), but it doesn't work.

I'm new to VA so my opinion it's more as if I was a customer..

I find a bit confusing the bottom..perhaps the twitter box can be on the side and more focus to the description of the website/business which is on the left side..this way a new person attention goes directly to reading about your business...

Because I had to search for that with my eyes...and with internet I think people glance and if it's confusing they will just leave....I read that in an article.

Anyhow, I'm not an expert, just my honest opinion :-)

Aside from that, I think it looks great, I love the colors!!

Hi Serita, I have always loved the brown and light blue combination - that looks great.

I'm not seeing a stitch of SEO - and as a REVA you have a nice niche market to grab via the SERPs so I'd say be sure to study up on SEO and implement what you can.

I noticed on your About page the image of you looks like it wants to be bigger, but there's that odd and thick black half border to one side.

I'm wondering if you're working on it still because there is some Latin placeholder text in the sidebar on one of the pages?

Also, on the Social Media page you might want to rethink that black header midway into your visual area there - that's crucial above-the-fold space and it is nearly wasted with so much black space in order to showcase the smaller graphic.

I like the direction you're going and am excited to see the finished product!

Thanks Tess... Yes, I am still working on it. Or rather, working on it again. I am actually waiting for the hosting company to change my domain over. I'm curious that you saw no SEO in it as I loaded the section for keywords with REVA related words, and although I only have a few inbound links that is definitely a work in progress. Could be why I am having so much difficulty with this host plan. At any rate, I am changing over to a wordpress theme as I recently learned they are supposed to be very SEO friendly.
Between having problems with images loading correctly and the bugs within this hosting program I think the newer version will be even more user friendly.
