The first thing I would say is that you should purchase a domain name rather than use a free web site service such as Office Live.
www.cooperservices.com is aready taken but looking at
NetNames website, it is actually due for renewal on Saturday!
www.coopervaservices.com is available though at a cost of $140 (just a slight change in name and
SEO optimisation shouldn't make much of a difference during a Google search).
With regards to the actual content of your pages, I can see many grammatical and puctuation errors and the text doesn't flow as well as it should. The fonts/sizes are different on each of your pages - lacks continuity. Your About Us page doesn't read well due to incorrect usage of commas and periods. Also other incorrect punctuation eg does;nt should read doesn't.
Also on your About Us page you mention your services and rates are listed below but you don't have them on your page at all.
Make sure that any reference to your email address is hyperlinked for ease of use by prospective clients. If they have to copy and paste your email address into an email - they won't! Make it easy for people to contact you.
Without wanting to sound brutal, if I was reading your site as it stands at the moment from a prospective client's point of view, your grammar and punctuation would put me off - it doesn't make you look professional at all.
