The contact info at the bottom seems lost way down there. I would try to move it to the top or closer to the other text. I might also rename the "Leave a reply" to something referring to "contact". That way people know this is a place to get in contact with you and not a place to leave comments.

There is also a gentleman who very honestly reviews websites on you tube, his channel is philliphobbs. He reviewed my website (yeah that was humiliating!) but I learned alot from watching a few of his reviews and totally revamped my site.

I also did a search for marketing virtual assistants. If there is anyone who can do great websites, its these guys!

Read some other reviews in this forum too to get advice from some seasoned professionals. For example, I had someone point out that I needed to have a sitemap on my site and a unique favicon. So there is alot to be learned from this forum!

You might also want to review the websites of VA's who provide the same services you do so you know how to create some competitve content.

If you do a search for marketing virtual assistants, take the website of the first person on the list and put it through the website grader and its like a score of 96, so there must be something to it!

To be honest I was just trying to rush myself out there but I created a whole new website took a week to build but i love it a couple more tweaks and I'll be ready to post. Thanks

Thanks for the information concerning websitegrader.com, philliphobbs and marketing virtual assistants. I use the Thesis theme for my site and am learning how to add a customized header to my site. Still have tweaking to do, of course. I utilized an XML Sitemap plugin and it worked like a charm.

Congratulations on your new business. I had a look at your website and to be perfectly honest I thought it was a bit bare and did not tell me anything about you at all. There isn't anything to entice someone browsing the internet to contact you because there it isn't all that clear what you do (I know you list services). Your "About Us" page doesn't give potential customers any insight as to who you are or why they should trust your company with their business, it needs more text and perhaps photos.

You could add a Contact Us page as well and/or make the details at the foot of each page more visible. I would have a look at other VA's websites to get some ideas about content etc to bump your own site up a little but you're off to a good start. It takes ages to get a website right and even then you end up tweaking. I hope that helps.
