Howdy all!
These cruddy blizzards gave me the incentive to stay in and finally get my website made! So - here it is. Needs some refining and wordsmithing...and definitely a website email and a form on the contact page. Any hints on where I might find a generic form?

This website is purposely very plain, simple and non-intimidating. The people I plan to appeal to aren't necessarily tech savvy - they know how to do basic computer stuff and email, but don't have the time or inclination to learn more.

My website is mostly a resource for potential clients to check out after they get one of my pamphlets or business cards. I also did something different on the "Advantages" page. I didn't use the rate calculator; instead I compared rates of a part time employee to my discounted retainer fee. Most small businesses around here couldn't afford full time help at $25 an hour. The small businesses I worked for paid me $15 an hour as a full time admin assistant. That's why I've gone that route.

Sooo...any ideas? Sometimes I can be rather circular in my writing - see anything where I can tighten it up? Anything stick out like a sore thumb? Any and all help will be appreciated...!

I really like your site! It's visually appealing & very clean. Your tagline & banner are really appropriate for your company name. Nice! I also like your little cartoons - the cannon blasting the computer being my fave. They add a nice touch!

If I didn't know a thing about VAs, I would definitely know after reading through your site. I think your writing is just fine.

Thanks for the input! I know I'll be tweaking it for a while yet - and I will have more info for the contact page, so it doesn't look so short.

I want to accept PayPal - now I have to figure out how to do that! I have Paypal for my own uses (like buying on eBay!), but is setting up a business Paypal account different? Can anyone tell me how that works - or should I post that question in a different forum? Or is Paypal totally overrrated and some other method is preferable?
